  • DD-FormStation - Electronic forms processor designed for generating and submitting Receiving Reports and Invoices to Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Includes easy UID submission to WAWF or directly to the UID Registry. Automates Mil-Std-129 barcode labeling, including RFID and UID. Can generate other WAWF transactions, as well as paper DD250, DD1149, DD1348 forms (see list). Includes plain-text and XML import to support Oracle ERP and other business systems. Automates processing of Electronic POs (DLA Internet Bid Board System [DIBBS], DoD eMall, and many other DoD system) via EDI (850), automatically generating WAWF Invoices.

  • DD-Master - Automated contract-driven shipment manager for WAWF Receiving Report and Invoice generation. Designed specifically to support contracts requiring multiple shipments, includes a contract status report generator. Prints WAWF and paper DD250 forms, and includes the same UID and Mil-Std-129 barcode labeling (with RFID and UID) automation as FormStation. Designed to work with Scan-Print-Ship for high-volume submission of UIDs collected with scanning devices. 

  • Std-Barc - Barcode label generation for compliance with Mil-Std-129 requirements for marking and storage. Includes standard 2D-MSL formats and support for RFID and UID, and the 2D SN/UID formats required by Mil-Std-129 Change Notice 4.  Accepts WAWF/DD250 data from DD-Master and FormStation to automate label generation. Supports scanning of UIDs to generate container labels and collect UID data for submission to WAWF and/or the UID Registry. Supports automatic RFID palletization and UID containerization.

  • RFID Load Manager - Load Manager is an easy to use WAWF Advance Shipment Notice (ASN) / Pack Update generator for RFID labels created by Std-Barc. RLM-Plus is a highly advanced RFID and UID data manager supporting ASN creation for UID containers and palletized loads. Works with RFID and UID data collected by Std-Barc, Scan-Print-Ship and RF-Aggregator. Works with preprinted RFID labels.

  • Scan-Print-Ship - Supports UID data collection, automated RFID-label generation for UID containers, and load aggregation using preprinted RFID labels. Designed for large scale UID data collection for WAWF and/or UID Registry submission, and association of UIDs to RFID-tagged containers for WAWF ASN generation. Includes Load Configuration Report for ASN.

Software Maintenance Agreements are offered on an annual basis, providing customers with access to enhanced technical support and ongoing feature upgrades, and product replacements under the following conditions:

  • Revisions required due to modification of the applicable military standards and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (including DFARS).
  • Overnight product replacement in the case of loss due to human error or hardware failure (e.g. hard disk crash).
  • No charge upgrade availability for products with significant improvements, modifications, new features and enhancements.

Exclusions - Enhancements and modifications sold as separate options are not covered by a product’s maintenance agreement. New products and/or options sold separately are not included as part of a maintenance upgrade.
