Std-Barc 4.0 is now available with support for Mil-Std-129 Change Notice 4, including barcoded UID / Serial Number Lists (see Change 4 update). Mil-Std-129P Change 4also requires the UID data (UII) be included in the 2D (PDF417) symbol on the DD1348-1A, as defined by DoD 4000.25-M-1.
